| Summary of thesis | I'm interested in defenses genes and defense chemical compounds in trees of European Populus hybrid zones. By using metabolomics and genomics methods, I aim to understand the role of recombination in these species with porous genomes and the ecological and evolutionary consequences of such processes. |
