Title: Developing computational methods for spatial omics analysis

My thesis focuses mainly on three objectives. First, I am interested in method development by exploring emerging statistical and computational models, such as Bayesian statistics and graph-based transformers. Second, my work focuses on applying these methods to spatial omics data, including spatial transcriptomics, proteomics, and H&E imaging, with the potential for cross-modality modeling. Finally, I seek to develop tools that help address biological questions or improve clinical endpoint prediction.
