Summary of thesis

The project aims to investigate associations between metabolome, dietary patterns (dietary live microorganisms and fermented foods), and health outcomes. Metabolome will be analysed in urine (and potentially in blood) using 3 metabolomics platforms (LC-MS, GC-MS volatile, and GC-MS semi-volatile).
