| Summary of thesis | The project aims to investigate associations between metabolome, dietary patterns (dietary live microorganisms and fermented foods), and health outcomes. Metabolome will be analysed in urine (and potentially in blood) using 3 metabolomics platforms (LC-MS, GC-MS volatile, and GC-MS semi-volatile). |
