Study of sex determination in mammals thanks to Single Cell Sequencing

Using adrenal glands from mouse embryos at different stages of the development, we want to describe the genetic process of the differentiation of this organ and determine the transcriptional mechanisms leading to the specification of the different cell types and study their lineages. This time course experiment was done using 10X Genomics Single-Cell RNA sequencing method.
