| Summary of thesis | There is a definite relation between between changes in the types and level of modifications at the histones and transcription. But the mechanisms of how these changes occur at the molecular level is still under investigation. My topic is to study the relation between antisense transcription and how it affects the level of sense through changes in these modifications. |
