| Summary of thesis | Our main goal is adress the molecularpeocesses involve in the procesa of regeneration of zebrafish. The zebrafish has the capacity to regenerate thr heart after a damage. However, this capacity is limited in the buman being. We want to find out the different mechanisms involve in thia difference. For that, we have generated diferent transgenic zebrafish models and the use of transgenic mouse lines. |
