| Summary of thesis | Combining electron microscopy and confocal imaging from larval brain we aim to reconstruct the whole early visual circuit: the photoreceptor neuron terminals and the first order interneurons. Using this relatively simple organism we seek to unravel a model of the circuit by which the light information is processed. |
