Summary of thesis

I try in my thesis to understand how flagellins are glycosylated and what is the consequences of flagellins glycosylation to bacterial cells. I will also determining if and how glycosylation influences subsequent events that depend on flagellins binding proteins. And lastly, the goal is to find unknow flagellins binding proteins and to compare the mechanism of flagellins binding among them.
