* Data manipulation: Data subsetting, Apply
* KnitR/markdown
* Vectorization of R code (i.e. how to avoid loops for efficient computing time) and how to estimate computing time of R code

* Typical traps and tips on good coding practices
* R coding standards (i.e. how to write good, readable and reusable code)

The course is organized in collaboration with the CUSO doctoral programs in Ecology and Evolution (CUSO E&E) and Molecular Plant Sciences (CUSO MPS).

Expenses

Reimbursements for CUSO students:
- Train ticket, 2°class, half-fare from your institution to the place of the activity.
