Description | Research has become increasingly interdisciplinary and collaborative over the last decade. Most scientific breakthroughs are the result of collaborative efforts of multiple labs. In addition, interdisciplinary collaborations combing researchers from different fields are providing excellent opportunities to tackle big challenges in society. This creates both opportunities and challenges for early career scientist.
During this 3h workshop, we will share experiences on this subject in an interactive manner. The workshop is intended to be highly interactive involving group discussions between participants and international experts, presentations on flip charts and summary of relevant take aways.
Requirements Participants are expected to prepare one positive and negative experience that they have previously encountered in collaborations throughout their career.
