Mathematical model of the hormonal crosstalk in the root apical mersitem.

|Summary of thesis||
The goal is to model the hormonal crosstalk that occurs in the root apical mersitem, using mathematical formalism (Boolean logic, ODE ...) as a tool for simulation. As a first step, we established a Logical model of the auxin and brassinosteroids crosstalk in the root meristem published this year in Bioinformatics.
We now plan to use parameter values (ie, for an ODE model) in order to have new insights in the quantitative aspects of the spatio-temporal sequence of events that occurs in the root tip.
