This course will provide the participants with the basic concepts on analytics and metabolomics. The course is theoretical and practical.
Mornings: 3 days x 3 hrs lecture "Introduction to analytics and metabolomics". The following topics will be approached:
Afternoons: 3 days x 4 hrs practical work with the analytical instruments:
Participants are invited to bring vegetable oil that they consumed (0.5 mL in an Eppendorf).

The course is organized in collaboration with the Doctoral Program in Organismal Biology of Neuchâtel (DP-Biol).
The course is divided in a theoretical part (mornings) and a practical part (afternoons).Due to limitations in the space for the practical part, there are 12 places for students attending the theoretical and practical part.Another extra 8 places are available for students who wish to join the theoretical part only.
