A hands-on interactive workshop to solve your problems with data manipulation or analysis in Linux systems using BASH tools, AWK, or other bioinformatics tools, as well as R.

The workshop will be split into four sessions:
During the first session, the participants will briefly present their problems. In the second session, brainstorming and suggestions on how to solve the problem will be made. During the third part, the participant, with everyone's help will implement the solution(s). In the last part, the participants present their solutions.

This is an activity for a small number of participants. For more effective guidance, it would be helpful if participants submit a short description of their problem at least two days before the activity so that the teacher have time to come up with different solutions.
