| Summary of thesis | I will be comparing the microbiota of healthy patients to those infected with Salmonella. We are hoping to understand the composition and dynamics of the microbiota using flow cytometry, metagenomics, and culturomics. OuR goal is to use this knowledge to create new competitive therapy and more rapid Salmonella diagnosis. |
