Summary of thesis

The APOBEC3 family of proteins has been implicated in innate antiviral defense, however several members of this family have been shown to induce mutations in mammalian cell genomes, we are investigating this phenomenon in more detail. The second project consists of CRISPR/Cas9 genome-wide screening for resistance/sensitivity genes in Hodgkin's lymphoma cells.
