| Summary of thesis | The focus of my PhD research lies on the evolution of viruses considering the association with their host species. As a model system we are investigating divergence history in Hantaviruses and their rodent hosts. In order to define the extent of coevolution, we use molecular marker and sequencing data for statistical analysis. |
