|Summary of thesis||
The aim of the doctoral work is to identify the potential LSC (Leukemia Stem Cells) population by in vitro studies and an in vivo model using immunodeficient mice (NOD-scid IL2rg -/-). The overall goal is to develop a new understanding and treatment possibilities of cases that currently cannot be cured, such as BCP-ALL cases at relapse with high-risk features or poor eventual outcomes.
