A comprehensive genetic screen for fertility and rearing success in Swiss cattle breeds

Based on a population wide screen where we look for missing homozygosity, we want to find candidate variants in whole genome data of about 400 cattle genomes. These candidate variants are supposed to lead to aborts, still births or weak calves.
