Study of sex determination in mammals thanks to Single Cell Sequencing

Thanks to gonads samples of mouse embryos at different stages of the development, we want to realise a time course experiment to describe the genetic process of the sexual differentiation and determine the transcriptional mechanism of differentiation for every cell types (progenitor cells, steroidogenic cells, germ cells...).
This experiment will be done using a Single Cell RNA sequencing method (DropSeq).
