|Summary of thesis||
My PhD project is anchored in innate immunity by focusing on the cytoplasmic receptor RIG-I, namely the conditions of its activation in relation to its ability to discriminate between self and non-self RNAs. For this purpose, we have studied the nucleotides involved in the different steps of RIG-I activation: binding, ATPase stimulation and ultimately IFNβ induction.
