| Description | To continue in our series of visits to broaden your views of career path after your PhD in Molecular Plant Sciences, and after visiting in the past years a few plant biotech companies in Europe, we are this year planning a visit to the Swiss Federal Research Stations (Agroscope) at Reckenholz and Wädenswil (both near Zurich). Both research stations feature projects in plant molecular biology, including in genetics, plant-insect interactions, and a large experimental field for testing GMO and plants produced by genome editing (read more HERE). |

| Information | Travel to both stations will be done from Zurich train station, either by public transport or by a rental van. Either way, students need to arrive at Zurich for 9h30-10h00 am. More precision on the schedule and travel organization will be provided. |
