Description

Overview
This workshop is designed for PhD students of all levels considering their next career move. Are you trying to figure out what's next for you? Do you wish you had the clarity and confidence to look ahead and plan your professional future? We get it: finding a dream job can be a tricky business! Very few people know since childhood what they wanted to do with their lives when they grew up. So, what about the rest of us? Come and join us for an in-depth experiential workshop to find out the answer! Over the course of two days, you will engage in hands-on activities that will guide you through the first essential steps of shaping your career: identifying your core values, recognizing what really matters to you, discovering your unique impact in the world and engaging in team work, all of which will make learning and self-discovery engaging, fun and very effective. You will walk away equipped with valuable tools, techniques, knowledge and tips on how to explore careers that match your most important needs and desires. Additionally, this experience will give you a new sense of self-awareness, clarity and confidence in your ability to make a change and move forward in your professional path.

Our approach is based on the pioneer Co-active® coaching method that has one of the highest industry standards in the coaching profession. Added to this approach, we integrate exercises and activities from proven career-based methods.
