| Summary of thesis | Analysis of HLA gene with a very high level of resolution, in many differents populations, using Next Generation Sequencing technics. My work is focused on the In Silico analysis, designing pipelines and new methods to analyse these data, and finally perform population genetics studies with the acquired information. |
